Hi,
I have recently got taken off a waitlist and when I asked the admissions they told me that it was my low total GPA that was the problem and suggested me to take some courses. The thing is, I got a 2.55 from my undergrad and a 3.88 from a Master's program. The combined GPA was only 2.74. Now I was wondering what program should I take to raise my GPA? I alread done a Master's and that didn't help much, so should I go ahead and do a post bach? Thanks!!!

When did you complete your masters degree, and what's your science GPA like? Perhaps what they want to see is recent, good science grades. A post-bacc might be just the thing to buff up your academic record.

A post-bach? I would start with Mozart.

 When I read the subject I thought CHxyz might be a music major. 😉

I agree with Blisterpeanuts, though--it might be your science GPA that needs raising. If that's the case, a post-bacc would work great. If the issue is more complicated a post-bacc may not be for you, but only you can determine if your situation needs more than a touch-up on the science GPA.

oops, didn't realized I typed that. My undergrad science GPA is very low, lower than the over all GPA. I got a Master's in Sciecne with thesis as a requirement, so all of my classes are upper division science classes. So I dont know how much the schools would look at that.
