Ok. So I have all of the credentials for getting into physical therapy school, although, I am going to retake the GRE, and my pre req GPA will go from 3.2 to 3.5 after the fall semester! Im scared to apply now and have a school reject me without seeing the improvement that will show at the end of the semester. The first deadline in 10/01. I could e submit now. What should i do?

Definitely e-submit. Go through each link on your application again to triple-check that everything is entered completely, including your courses in progress, and submit. You don't want to miss the first deadline. You can also send an email to the schools' admissions departments stating that you are in the process of taking classes that you believe will result in a 3.5 GPA in the fall and that you are studying to retake the GRE. Then, you can dispel any fears that any of the schools might write you off due to your current GPA. Also, you can include your PTCAS application ID in your email too, after submitting. Hope this helps! Take a deep breath and go for it! Good luck!

Unfortunately, e submitting now or before the 1st of October will not change your application package. So I don't think there is any reason to wait. Also, realize that many schools make their interview decisions BEFORE fall grades come in, so they won't be able to consider those in that case. Academic update is useful for schools who make interview decisions or review applications in January or later.
