Hello everyone, should I go through Uworld a second time now that I am done? I have 900 or so questions left in Usmle Rx (about 3 days worth at the rate I burn through questions) and I have 4000+ questions from Truelearn.

I reviewed musuculoskeletal and I think my score is inflated by the fact that I, at least on an innate level, recognize the questions. I take COMLEX on June 25th (4 weeks from tomorrow/ I will register for the USMLE soon) and I am doing 4 blocks of questions a day till then.

i did not have enough time to go through a 2nd pass of UW. Do you have taken some notes during your first pass? I'd only review them.

What's wrong with truelearn? I have a free subscription..
I got a free subscription from my school as well but decided against using it. There are far better Qbanks to spend your time on. A few of the issues I had.

1. The questions are too easy. Mostly 1st order with regurgitation of facts or relying too much on buzzwords. Can lull you into a false sense of security.
2. Explanations are superficial and short compared to other Qbanks.
3. OMM questions are basic and nothing you can't get out of Savarese.

After UWorld I would definitely do Rx to hammer First Aid. Kaplan is a distant third.

Edit: The Truelearn I'm referring to is Combank

Yeah. I got a free subscription to ExamMaster.
Decided against using it after doing few questions.

1. Thanks for your reply. The truelearn Combank questions are insanely easy. I get 90% on them. I hope to god the actual COMSAE is like that. The USMLE questions are a tad tougher and I have been getting around 70% on those sections.
2. That is one of the major pluses of Truelearn. Uworld explanations are small books. They are far too in depth. I personally would recommend against Uworld for this reason.

This is one of the major reasons why Uworld is at the top. Take advantage of it.

When we are actually taking our exams, we won't, at least in my opinion, be recalling even a scintilla of that information. I like USMLE rx more than Uworld because the answers get to the god damn point. Also, USMLE rx has the first aid sections in question right under the answers so you don't even need to have the book with you to review. I think I will dump Uworld and not even go over the last 470 or so questions because USMLE rx is that much better.
