Should I include an "Honors and Awards" section on my CV?

I only honored a whopping 2 courses during my preclinical years and none during my 3rd year (I know, I'm a smart one). I feel like listing those 2 preclinical courses would just look pathetic and would actually hurt me.

I guess the only thing I could list was the awards I got in undergrad. Should I just do that?

IMHO, Will look better if you left it blank

So no undergrad stuff either? (scholarships, dean's list, academic awards, etc.)

There's a difference between honoring a couple of classes and winning a substantial award or scholarship. I gladly listed the extracurricular awards I earned in college, med school, and residency on my CV, but I didn't put my class grades.

The honors will be in the deans letter so you probably should not list it there. I think more people have that blank (at least from the med school side) than you get the impression of from this site. Very few awards were available during medical school (at least at mine) and they always went to the super star people who spent tons of time out volunteering.
