Should I memorize circle trig functions?

Sorry if that title wasn't very clear . . . I'm not sure how to make it more clear. I've been learning about circle trig functions (e.g. sin = x/r). Do we need to memorize the coordinate trig functions for each identity? (Sin, cos, tan, cot, sec, csc?) If I have to, I will; there is just a lot to memorize.

Just memorize the values for the special angles (30, 60, 45) for sin, cos, and tan.
Csc, sec, cot are just reciprocal of those 3 above.
