Hello,

I'm scheduled to take NBDE 1 on June 25th. I was giving myself 3 weeks (starting this week) to study and go over the first aid book and the dental decks. I thought I would have enough time to do both at least once but anatomy is going a lot slower that I had hoped. Its not like I forgot everything, but I'm finding that I'm having to spend a lot more time on it than I expected. I know that only I can judge how prepared I am to take the exam but I was just wondering if it is this slow for everybody in the beginning.

It was definitely slow for me in the beginning, but u start to pace yourself and increase hours. I believe you have up to 2 days before the scheduled test date to reschedule with a $25 fee. Try and get as much done starting now and assess yourself a few days before the 25th and go from there. Goodluck

I would definitely reschedule. NEver, ever take exam when you are not ready. The 2010 exam is much more difficult.. good luck 🙂
