I sent my primaries in on 7/1/15. AACOMAS "could not locate" my transcripts in the mail so I had to ask my college to resend them. The transcripts were received on 7/8/15, and now my application is in the verification process (which I am told could take up to 3 weeks). Some people on here have already received & finished their secondaries and are getting scheduled for interviews. Should I be panicking? (my GPA and MCAT are mediocre)

You're fine! I submitted primaries late July and started receiving interviews mid/late November. Most places typically interview up to April. Schools can book interview dates pretty fast and you might get interview invites with 3-4 months out as the only available dates, but with a bit of persistence you can get in earlier when people cancel their interviews.

I submitted my primary application in September (had to wait for MCAT scores) and got interviews from nearly all that I applied to. As long as your scores are decent, and you have a sound application you will be fine.

It isn't MD schools. Stop worrying about it. DO schools are pretty forgiving!

Actually, all of the above posters are wrong. Panicking, especially during the medical school application process, has been shown to increase odds of acceptance by 37%. I would say if you're on here asking if you should be panicking, it means you aren't already panicking...which puts you well behind the other pre-meds who have been panicking since May. Act like you want this OP!

I hope you're just being sarcastic. Yes, a little bit of stress to get things done will help, but panicking when you've already submitted everything does nothing.

Nope. The cycle is much longer than MD.
