Hey everyone! With this cycle almost over, I was wondering if I should start prepping application for next cycle or hold off a bit longer. I applied to 25 schools, received 3 interviews (UVM, Tufts Maine, Brown). I did my undergrad at UVM (3.96 gpa) and they placed me on delayed decision in October. I sent them an interest letter in January. Tufts Maine deferred me in November, I sent an interest letter in January, and was finally denied 3/18/25. Brown waitlisted me 2/17. I sent them an intent letter 2/24, and my nurse supervisor sent an additional LOR to them 3/17 (allowed per their waitlist guidelines). I was pre-I rejected at all other programs except Albany, Buffalo, Drexel, Temple, Penn State, and UConn (haven’t heard anything from these since submitting secondaries last summer). My graduate gpa was also 3.96. My MCAT (8/2022) was 512, unfortunately my score will expire at many schools (including Brown!!) due to the 2022 date. I think I’ve done all I can do at this point. Do you guys think I have a strong chance still at UVM or Brown? Or should I go full reapply mode? This is my first cycle so I know nothing about reapplying yet.

If you don't have an offer, you have six weeks before May when the 2025 application opens and 10 weeks to the first day to submit your AMCAS. You must put effort to a reapplication until you get an offer.

You do not have a WAMC profile posted, so we can't see where you have significantly improved or what your chances could be to get an offer. Clearly your GPA/MCAT wasn't an issue.

I think you have a decent chance at being accepted off the waitlist (especially at UVM) but it is always wise to begin preparing for reapp.
