Should I put a website I created under work experience?

Hi, the website name is incpire.com, it s good news blog, I created the website from scratch and now occasionally post on it. Traffic has slowed down on the website since I dont post that often anymore. So I am wondering if I should put this under my work experience or just leave it out since it is kinda like a self employment thing. Thanks for any input, I really appreciate it!!

Were you paid? I'd definitely list it, but probably under extracurriculars.

Yes I do get paid, its not alot but I get money through google adsense advertisements
