the secondary prompt says:
"University School of Medicine values the diversity of its patients, faculty, staff, and students. Do you identify with a particular group that you believe is underrepresented among medical professionals? These include groups oriented around, but not limited to: ethnicity, race, sexuality, religion, disability, and economic background"

it says "that you belive" so I plan on saying smth like this, do you guys think this is fine or should i just not answer?

While it is difficult to find precise data on Arab representation in medicine, I identify as a bisexual Arab and, based on my observations, believe Arabs are underrepresented in medicine as we are seldom reflected in American media and I hardly see any in professional settings (although in fairness, I acknowledge that we are a small portion of the population).

Do you guys think i should leave this question? or do u think the way i answered it is fair.
Will adcoms be annoyed thinking that this is some stolen valour type of deal?

Although I’m personally sympathetic to the intersectionality point you are making, I think that the stronger focus would be if you feel either people w an Arab background or bisexual people are underrepresented focusing on one individually. From a lay perspective that would be a more effective statement than focusing on demographic subcategories. : )

I personally do not capitalize any gender or sexuality identity except for Queer and only when using it as a unified political identity, but it is your identity and either choice would be defensible.

i didnt mean to merge bisexual and arab as one super identity/demographic subcategory what i meant to do was list them individually

I didnt include it in the post (i just did now) but the original prompts goes on to say "These include groups oriented around, but not limited to: ethnicity, race, sexuality, religion, disability, and economic background"

If the question is: “should i write these?”

I think that my answer is that I personally would not, but if you chose to it wouldn’t be necessarily inappropriate. It’s your choice and, at least to me, either is acceptable. : )

Arabs are not URM, but some schools treat LGBT as URM. However, I strongly recommend that if you go for the latter, that you demonstrate service to LGBT communities, because any liar could simply state that they are LGBT, just like people suddenly discover their Native American ancestry when they apply to med school, or mention that great-gramma was Mexican.

ya i decided not to even talk about it

also this is a little bit off topic but here, it asks if i have volunteered abroad but i just realized by abroad they probably mean a poor country, not a canadian volunteering in the states, right? Should I answer no? Or did I understand the question correctly?

This - I'm not straight, but I didn't talk about it in secondaries for medschool for this reason. The pool has been unfortunately polluted by grifters.
