Hi, I wrote the Canadian DAT and just got my results today...my science section was good but PAT was really low...are my scores good enough to get into NYU or BU? Should I retake the DAT? Any input would be great!!

Reading Comprehension - 21
Biology - 19
Chemistry - 21
Perceptual - 15
AA - 20
Total Science - 20

you should be okay but I don't know your other stats. With what I have here to look at, your DAT, you seem fine, just PAT is kinda low, I know some schools have minimums for the PAT, well most actually, like 17 or 18? I could be wrong...those are high DAT scores though, very compettitive.

those are good scores. I read somewhere the cut off for NYU on PAT is 15. As long as you make the cut off, you're fine. But you should call them and make sure.

Thanks for the advice...I should have between a 3.2 and 3.3 GPA when I apply, prolly around the same for Science GPA too...so you guys don't think I should rewrite the DAT? Thanks
