So i got caught quietly walking to my apartment from another party drunk, and i was cited for being "intoxicated in public"(officer said I was walking funny or something).. and I was put on Social Probation for such a lousy reason

Anyways.. it never went on any official public records. ONLY the super-private and protected School Records, which are only disclosed if I give permission for them to be disclosed...

So what should I DO?... REPORT IT on the Dental Application... or just brush it off? I know this sounds shady, but Im so confused about what to do?

OH.. and does SUBMITTING a dental application AUTOMATICALLY provide schools with the RIGHT to Request my Social Behavior files?

ROFL! I know how you feel.
I got cited because i was driving my bike (yea you read that right.. a bike) in a wobbly way... i swear some officers do it just for the heck of it.

I had a couple residence violations involing excessive inebration as well.
it was early in my undergraduate career.

i wrote it down under 'honour code violations' and at one of the three of my interviews, it came up and we had a good discussion, briefly about the violation, and mostly about what I did in the years following and how my behaviour changed and my extracurriculars taught me things about community, respect, and professionalism, and then showed my efforts to understand the student judicial processes aswell. i ended up getting into said schoool.

i'd recommend being honest always. It worked for me because i could show how i had changed and what I had specifically done. think about what you could say. I think things like this are a good opportunity to show personal growth and maturity. i'd rather accept a student into my school who has f'ed up (mind you, things like this aren't usually that serious), but learned and made improvements, than one who has always had a clean slate.

man i ramble a lot
