Should I retake biochem?

I graduated last year with biology major and I got a C- in biohchem.
I want to apply as early as possible this year.
And I know some dental schools now require biochem as a pre-req class.
Would they consider C- as a passing grade? or do I really have to re take the class?

Retake it. C- will look bad in my opinion. What was so hard about 1st year of biochem? I thought it was mostly review, unless you didn't study.

Well I didnt study for it when I was takin it but it was really hard in my school (stony brook).
