Should I retake classes I earned a C+ in

I have a 3.32 sGPA and I was going to take a full year of non-degree course work. I was thinking of retaking classes I earned a C+ in (Bio 1, Bio2, Chem 1, and Immunology). Do you guys think this is a good idea, or should I just take as many upper level science courses? I was thinking of doing Bio 1, Chem 1 with 2 or 3 other upper level science courses this Fall. Then Bio 2, Immunology in Spring with other upper level science courses.
