Should I retake my OAT?

Hi!

I don't know if I should retake it. It was so stressful! I plan to apply now with these but I feel like I'm not competitive enough. GPA 3.1-3.2 (retaking courses now)

The avg. OAT score and GPA of an applicant is slightly higher. But, there is no point waiting just apply. Hopefully, other parts of the application will stand out more like your EC and LORs. I am assuming you have done the necessary shadowing, that is a must.

i think you should apply. You def have a shot. My stats are not far off from yours and I have had three interviews already. I agree with the last post, you should make sure you have EC's and good letters of rec and essays. This can make the diff in a borderline situation. If you think you can bear it, I would consider retaking the OAT. If you were to improve 10-20 points, I am sure you would get in without a doubt. But we all know how grueling the OAT can be, so it's up to you. I should retake it too, but I don;t think I can handle that. I am just going on luck at this point. Like I said before though, you do have a shot but you need to apply ASAP bc they take a month to verify and submit your info to the schools on OptomCAS.
