So I just got my MCAT score back, a 27 M, 8V 9P 10B. I'm thinking I will have around a 3.3sGPA, and a 3.6 cGPA. Should I retake? I'm not overly excited about the score, but I'm also not disappointed.
If you're applying to DO schools primarily, I would say keep that score and run with it. 27+ is what students are generally accepted with. Just make sure everything else is just as strong, apply broadly and you should be fine.
I am applying only to DO schools. And in my opinion I feel that my application is strong 5000+ clinical hours, about 60 hours DO shadowing, leadership in clubs. I was just trying to decide if I want to drop the money again, and try to get a higher score, but I think I will stick with this score and see how this application season goes
