Optometry Should I select all Optometry Schools to send OAT Scores BEFORE taking OAT?

Hello! I am applying to take the OAT but I have to pick the schools I want to send my scores to before hand because of the application. I understand that it is free if I choose the schools to send my scores to right now, but once I submit my application I will have to pay for each individual school I choose (I plan to apply to ~6). I was told from a faculty at one of the programs I should just pick ALL the programs to send my scores to beforehand even though I am obviously not applying to all 20 something programs. Is this good advice? I am out to save money. Thank you in advance!

I am not familiar with how the OAT handles score reports to all schools individually or just to OptomCAS, which allows all optometry schools to have access when merging the data to your application. I'd always check with admissions officers who would be able to instruct you.
