Medical Should I send another update letter so soon?

Hi there!

Last week, I sent out an update letter regarding the interview I had a few weeks ago. This week, however, I gave a poster presentation at the international biophysical society annual meeting. Would sending another update email so soon come across as desperate, even though I have this awesome addition to my application?

If you have a true and meaningful update, and a poster presentation at an international conference would quality, it is unlikely that a brief update will hurt your application and may help. But keep it brief!
