Hi! I have been accepted to NYU but I would really prefer to stay in CA. I have interviewed in Loma Linda and USC, but I haven't heard from them. I have not heard from UCLA, UCSF or Pacific... I guess it's because I applied so late (Sep 8th). I don't know if I should send the check and secure my spot. But then again.. is $1500!! is too much money...
Has anyone heard from USC or Lomalinda desicions after Dec 1?? or has anyone had interview invitations from the other CA schools after the 1st??
Should I wait?? or should I send the check!

And send it Fedex overnight and do it today- monday is a holiday and if they don't have it by Friday then your spot is forfeited!

I am having same kind of situation but I sent it yesterday...You should not risk yourself...It's either dental school this year or $1500..You should definitely send the check..

I called and they said it only has to be postmarked by Jan 15th.

yea, i sent mine on friday, postal mail.
i also emailed them to let them know and they said its fine... 🙂
