Should I start worrying about transcripts yet?

I'm on the West Coast and had transcripts mailed on 5/17, 5/20 and 5/23. None of them have been received by AMCAS yet. On the AMCAS thread, it seemed like other people were also experiencing delays in transcript receipt. At what point do I start worrying that my transcripts were lost in the mail? I don't see any point in bugging AMCAS, but is there anything else I can do?

I sent mine on the 20th, but I'm from around the DC area and i got an email saying that AMCAS received it yesterday. You should be okay. If they don't receive it by later next week I would get a little worried.

This is a flaw in their system.

I think the best you can do is call the schools and confirm they were sent. Other than that, you just have to wait for AAMC to process them.

Dont freak out. Trust me, they know what they are doing and do it every year. Expect delays. Good luck!
