Should I submit my AMCAS application without a transcript?

I have everything else ready for my AMCAS application except that my Transcript is taking a while to be processed, should I turn it in now or wait until it is processed? The reason why I want to submit now is that I want to apply early.

No matter when you click submit, your application will not enter the processing queue until your Transcripts are marked as received. Until that happens, may as well wait in case you want to edit anything.
