Should I submit my application now or wait for my DAT? Please Help

So I have finished filling out my ADSSAS application, I have already uploaded my transcripts from schools to

ADSSAS , I got the evaluation letters uploaded, and pretty much done with writing my personal statement.

The only thing left for me is to take the DAT, I am registered to take the DAT on August 15th?

Is it to better to wait for my DAT score and submit my application after I finish the exam Immediately? Or Submit the application now and upload the DAT score ?

I am really confused and I have been hearing different views. I hope to find a good answer for that?

Also, Is August 15th considered late? I am applying for about 12- 15 schools

if you are not retaking then submit around mid july, so that you can get your secondaries from the schools. Then you can fill those out and have them process, about the time you get all that done, you will be taking the dat, email a scanned copy of your unofficial scores to the schools the day you take the dat. this will allow some to start looking at your app, then they will get the official one and your ready to rock.

As far as the secondary application, some schools require to pay them an extra 75- 85$ as soon as you submit your ADSSAS application . Is that what you mean by secondary application? I am a little bit confused.

Also , I was thinking to worry about that after I finish my exam which is in mid August? would that be late to Submit my ADDSAS application and work on secondary applications??

yes thats later than what I would suggest. submit early, it takes 3-4 weeks to finalize your app, then the schools get it, they send you the secondaries that yes you pay for woot! Then you get those done which take a couple weeks to process as well, by the time all of this is done youve already taken the dat adn the score is processing.
