I am definitely submitting my GRE score to SOPHAS for admission to MPH.
GRE: V: 167, Q: 162, AWA: 4.0

Should I also submit my MCAT score that I took 3 years ago (2012)? I still had the old scaling, and got a 30R out of 45. PS: 10, BS: 11, VR: 9 and Writing Sample R.

I'm sure it can't hurt my application, but would you say it would actually help my application enough to spend money sending my MCAT to SOPHAS?

I'm honestly not sure but I wouldn't be compelled to send it unless it was 33+ in my opinion. Only friends I know who did send it got a 38 and 39. Standardized tests are just one part of the application, and probably better to just save the money.
