Should I submit or wait??

Hey everyone. I'm wondering if it would be best to go ahead and submit my application considering it's already August. The reason I'm waiting is because two of my LOR's are still in the process of being written. I also wanted to wait until two of my Masters degree grades (summer semester) were finalized on the transcript but I think that will be a few more days. Not sure if it will be worth it to wait but I also want the application to be complete. Is it possible to let the schools know that those things should be finalized soon??

On aadsas it enables you to send LOR requests, I think schools will see you are waiting on them or you can always email them. I submitted since June without scores ( my exam is next week) and without 1/2 of my letters which is a committee evaluation that I have scheduled for an interview on the 10th. I wouldn’t wait to submit, do it as soon as possible because you can update things. As it relates to your grades I think u should also be able to upload coursework after submission I would look at the ADEA guidelines
