Should I submit secondary to UC Riverside?

I submitted my primaries to UC Riverside before I found out they are highly selective for people in the inland empire. I'm from norcal and have no specific ties to IE but surprisingly got a secondary from them. Should I even submit a secondary to UCR?

I was wondering the same thing and I heard they sent secondaries to everyone this year
