I didnt do well on my vr score. Even though I'm fluent in english, It was my second language. Should I email schools individually telling them?
Would they take this into consideration when looking at my mcat verbal score ?

Nah. Ultimately, the material you'll go through in med school will be... in English, so they most likely won't care that you worked harder if you aren't as skilled in the language as a native speaker; it'll be an hindrance no matter what.

Speaking multiple languages is a very nice EC/skill though, so be sure to mention it somewhere (no need to specifically message the schools).

I'm native in english ,meaning I understand it well enough. But it wasn't my first language

Don't you put this in your app somewhere??? I wouldn't email them, cause it'll sound like an excuse.

Don't even tell them. If I was the person receiving that e-mail, I would think that you are trying to justify your low VR score by some cheap excuse. I could also see it as a whining:

"I have an unfair disadvantage than most of your other applicants in the verbal reasoning and that means that I am smart enough for you school because I have coped. I'm better than the other dude who got a higher VR because I worked harder!"

The birthplace you listed on the application may make your ESL status evident. And under Biographic Information, your primary language is listed.
I listed english as native and was born in the us, but parents spoke to me a different language first.

The application changed this year so that you list every language you speak and indicate your level of proficienty from "Native/close to native" down to "fair" (maybe poor is the lowest??) meaning that you can say hello and good bye and not much else.

There is absolutely no need to send the schools this information separately as well.

I listed english as native and the other "from time to time"
I am native/functionally native but wasn't my first language

Did I mess up as others say here by sending emails to the 2 schools that I want to attend most?

Don't stress out about it.

They won't get all picky about the fact that you e-mailed them to let them know that English is your second language.

Having said that, did you indicate that on your application? And do you know your VR score already or are you just fussing about it?

7 and 28 total but everything else is good

I wouldn't stress out about it. In all reality, medical schools are not as calculative and mean as we perceive them to be... Yes, they're trying to weed out the weakest applicants, but they are not going to look down on those who genuinely want to become physicians. Just relax.

Realistically, at this point it doesn't matter since what's done is done so don't even bother thinking about it (hard to do).

As for the other schools, I would not send this information to them. It doesn't seem like you can speak another language better than English, so this just makes it sound like you're not good at comprehension in general rather than not testing in your strongest language. Even ignoring that, there's not really anything that will make a medical school feel better about your school or provide new information for them since you've marked your other language. That you learned English after the first language is not that interesting since English is your dominant language.
