Should I tell schools of a new intership?

I just got an internship at a dental lab which will really help me as a dental student. Might even help my chances at admission. I got this internship after I submitted my application so it wasn't on there but I feel its something that may help. Should I phone/email the schools I applied to and let them know about my new internship?

id maybe mention it in an interview if it comes up. aside from that i don't think it will make or break your application.
