Should I use MKSAP3 or UW after finishign MKSAP4?

I just finished MKSAP 4.

I want more practice problems, so is it more worthwhile to do MKSAP 3 or do USMLEWORLD step 2 questions?

Uworld, the problem is there's 1500 of them. I spent my whole rotation doing those problems. But if you get thru em, really does boost your score.

Don't know why you'd even consider MKSAP 3. UW if you really want more.

Are all the questions in MKSAP 3 different from the ones in MKSAP 4?

I thought 4 was just and updated version of 3 not entirely new.
