Should I use secondary space to explain my reapplicant status?

Some schools don't have a dedicated place to explain reapplicant status (what you improved, etc.). Should I use the "Is there anything else you want to tell us?" space to do so? In the past, I've used it as a diversity essay but I don't know if it might better serve me to explain reapplication.
