Should I wait for this letter?

I asked my research mentor to write me a letter of recommendation for medical school and she agreed. However, I am getting really anxious to send my letters to be complete at these schools. Should I just send what I have now or should I wait to send all the letters together? I am using interfolio. I know I'm being over anxious, but it would be nice to be complete before the semester starts.

if you've worked with him/her for a long time (1 yr +) and he/she's gotten to know you well it could be your strongest letter. I know my research advisor's letter was probably the strongest letter in my bunch. Send him/her some more information (i.e. updated resume) as a reminder that you really need the letter in, then give it a couple weeks. Plus if you're using interfolio you don't have to wait to get your letters mailed so you'll still be fine.
