if i want to reapply next year, should i re-write my personal statements?

How should we know. If you are applying to the same schools then I would say yes. It didn't get you in last year, do you think it is going to work this year? What did you say in your personal statment? Without seeing it, how can we say if it is a turd of a ps or the best thing we've ever read?

Same idea as above. If you didnt get into a school hopefully you can ask them how you can be a stronger candidate and you have made those changes and you can edit your personal statement as need. You can use the same basic ideas, the reasons why you want to be a pharmacist and your goals probably havent changed.

You can reuse it if the same question is asked. But, you need to update it.
