Should people with ADD be doctors

(I'm not in med school yet, so these might be stupid questions)
I present with definate ADD and some aspects of OCD, so I definately think it is related.

I used to be a pottery major in college...until my TA was impaled by some flying clay. 😀
 
ADD is way overdiagnosed in this coutnry, and it's basically a convenient excuse for parents of children who misbehave.
Even in the few cases that are real ADD, medications can help control the symptoms. It doesn't impair someone's potential as a doctor.
