Hi everyone!
I am a senior who is applying in the 2019 cycle. Since I was a sophomore I have expressed a lot of interest with my state medical school. I come from a state with high instate bias. I have met with the recruiter every semester since I was a sophomore and I recently went to a tour of the medical school. Will this have any impact on my admission, if the adcom knows that I have shown interest in the school? Thank You

No offense to you but I highly doubt they remember you and even if they did - not sure it would make the difference.
Yeah I defeintely do not think I am automatically in! I just wondered if it gave me a slight boost. The recruiter for sure remembers me because I make it a point to say hello every time he's on campus.

If you are a good candidate (especially from a smaller state) you will get every possible consideration. You won't need a boost.

Nope. With 5000+ applicants, you really think they're going to remember you?

You want to capture their interest? Have killer ECS and have good stats and MCAT score
