Should freshman try to apply for SHPEP or should they wait until they are in their second year? Does SHPEP recognize high school extracurriculars?

Hi! Please take a look at the new Official SHPEP 2021 Thread if you have any further questions. Otherwise, don't hesitate to reach out to me directly: [email protected]! - Austin Rios, SHPEP Ambassador.

In short, SHPEP does recognize high school accomplishments but collegiate experience would be great. Freshmen are eligible to apply.
