Hey guys, I was just wondering if the older sibling was accepted to USC pharmacy, does the younger sibling have any advantage of being favored and being accepted as well. I have heard of this thing called Trojan family but I am not sure what it meant.

These questions can be answered by the Director of Admissions.

I think the younger sibling would have an ever-so-slight advantage of being accepted if the older sibling is enrolled at USC. They don't care who has been accepted or not, they only care who is actually at the school or who has been a student/alumni there.

With that, I do know of people who have not gotten into USC when older siblings have attended. They won't accept an extremely incompetent candidate just because of the family...but it just might look positive for someone who has a strong background.

That specific example isn't really what the "Trojan Family" refers to, and I don't think a sibling has much, if any, of an advantage over others.
