Sounds like a bit of an undertaking. There's a lot written on Freud's theories. I did a bit of googling and found some of Iqbal's views on ego, here: www.allamaiqbal.com. The rest is up to you.

Likely hasn't been done. For Freud, start by reading "The Ego and the Id", and "Introductory Lectures on Psychoanalysis" or "Five Lectures on Psychoanalysis". Not sure about the other guy. Have you done a lit search? Sounds like you haven't ...

Its true there isn't much on Iqbal and Freud.
