sign on bonus

i just completed one year and i like to ponder what
its like 3yrs down the road... .^_^.

regarding walgreen, walmart, cvs, rite aid, etc...
- what are the sign on bonus or benefits offered by each?
- if i work while in school, do i get tuition reimbursement?
