Hello all, I'm an aspiring pre-dent student. I would like to know the significance, if any, of neuroscience classes in undergrad. Do the classes help in getting through dental school and how? I am considering a minor in neuroscience so all information will be helpful.

Any major/minor that covers the following topics helps:

Anatomic Sciences
Biochemistry
Physiology
Microbiology
Pathology
(Pharmacology)
(Dental Anatomy & Occlusion)

neuroscience will be a big help. Its actually a big part of the basic science curriculum that you'll get the first year or two. Also Dschools that are big into research will like it as well. Biochem and all the other stuff is good too.
