I know this topic has been brought up and debated and there's no cut and dry answer to it, but I'm a little bored and thought I'd ask it anyways to see what other people in the SDN community think. My question is, averaging across all schools and interviewees (I know that's already a big assumption), what rate of receiving post-interview acceptances would generally lend itself to identifying an individual who is a good interviewer? Maybe around 2 out of 3? Again, I know this is highly debatable but I was just curious what others think.

If you don't get into every place you interview at, you're pretty much a failure at #lyfe.

Just something I repeat to myself before every interview.

If you ain't first, you're last.

This is impossible, don't waste your time. If you're a lousy interviewee, even Pope Francis couldn't save you from yourself.

If you have one in the bag, you are a good interviewer.
