Sildenafil Prices

I have a lot of cash paying customers come to my pharmacy and I do not have the time to price shop for them. I usually refer them to Costco when I tell them 20 bucks a pill and they turn away. I noticed costco is selling 30 tablets of 100 mg Sildenafil for 46.26. I checked out Amerisource and Cardinal and at 46.26 for 30 tablets, the profit just is not there to dispense them at that price. Anyone know of a cheaper distributor? I get at least a dozen cash patients on Friday nights who buy them and want to get a competitive price for my customers and make a decent profit.

Maybe Costco is playing loss leader? They do sell a lot of other things besides drugs... And Costco is a pretty ethical company. Flu shots are only $20, they pay their hourly staff pretty well, the CEO takes home less than $1mil/year, hot dogs are still $1.50, etc... I love Costco

I was buying from Prescription Supply Inc. They were selling us 30 ct of Sildenafil 100 mg for 9.99. We would sell the bottle for $100.

This is outdated. I was suggesting doctors prescribe Sildenafil 20 mg #100, take 5 pills q72h prn a few years ago.

Usually doing anywhere from 2-5 tablets PO QD PRN ED...still extremely cheap with GoodRx discount card despite higher count needed

Annoying part is when daytime tech or Rph even attempt to bill it through insurance & get/submit for PA status (insurance is going to flag it for being used to treat PAH) and can't read between the lines...will put in a forced action note for OOP

20mg is just the start. Rev it up to 5 pills for 100mg and look out! Time to party....

Sildenafil acquisition is pretty low. You should be able to buy a bottle of 90 for around $4-5
