Rule: You are unable to use an on line app or calculator to figure out if something is >130% .

My system will give me Actual , ideal, and Adjusted body Weight.

If Actual body Weight is >130% then we are to use the Adjusted body weight for our calculation .

Which formula do you use by hand....

A. If Actual is greater than (1.3) (IBW) , than use Adjusted

B . 1- IBW/ABW x 100
Remove minus sign if
Greater than 130%
Then use Adjusted body Weight

C. Or (.3)(IBW) + IBW ... if answer is greater than actual body weight then they are obese and you use Adjusted .

D. Or is it Use Actual body Weight if > (.3)(IBW)?

No calculations needed to get adjusted, ideal, or Actual . These values are given to you.

Yes, we have managed to confuse ourselves and rely with online calculators too much.

Please be serious /kind with your answers.
Thanks in advance....

If i understand correctly, then the correct answer would be A. With the limits you laid out you're looking for people with body weights that is well above their ideal body weight which would translate as Actual Body Weight > (130% OR 1.3) x IBW

If abw / ibw > 1.3 use adjusted.
