Hello all,

Just asking a silly old question... what's the proper way to address an enveope for a letter going to say the chairman or program director of a program? What's the order & whatnot? Do I have my example below correct or should the lines be swapped in some way?

Soandso, MD
Director, Residency Training Program
Department of Pediatrics
Hadenough Medical Center
1234 Nowhere Rd., Rm 123
Anywhere, NY 12345

Exactly. Although IMO I didnt put their title. I think it looks more pretentious, of course some medical fields are more into this.
