If a secondaries question asks you to talk about an experience, how much can you copy/paraphrase from your primary app?

For example, the Tufts secondary asks, "Have you done substantial work or service that has contributed to societal good, or addressed social determinants of health, health equity, or social justice? Please describe the work or service, and how it has influenced your perspective on the role of a physician in society." The experience I would write about is already detailed in my Activities section as one of my Most Meaningful Experiences and mentioned in my Personal Statement.

How much can you copy/paraphrase from the Activities/Personal Statement? Not sure how I can "describe the work" without sounding too repetitive.
