i am trying to find some simple techniques for extracting maxillary first molars and maxillary first premolars

There is no simple method....best way is to follow what is given in the text to the letter.....this way we will be using the best technique........the rest comes frm experience.....

For example i can say by looking at a last molar if it is going go come out without a hitch or I will have to go for open extraction 🙂
