Simple Question?

What's the difference b/w the kaplan at home study kit for step 1 vs the indvidual books you get by taking their courses? Is one preferred by most? Also, no one ever seems to talk about BRS anatomy. Is it overkill being ~ 440pgs and the HY anat. is only half that? Is one of these better while in gross anat and the other is better for boards? Thanks everyone

I'm hoping to use the books from last years Kaplan course to study for the boards. Any advice on how to approach this? The stack of books is definitely daunting.
