If I used a letter of recommendation from a professor of a computer class, is it considered to be science professor's LOR ?

Unlikely, but to be sure you should check with the admissions committees of the schools that you are applying to.

It's a completely different "science". You can use it as a nonscience LOR though.

No. Science is Bio, Chem, or Phys.
