I e-submitted my application online and been waiting for the verification process to happen... However, I sent my transcripts to the schools along with my LORs. Without an application on file on their end, will the schools still go ahead and create a file for me? The reason why I'm asking is bc I've heard a school threw away documents for a student in the past.

Sending in LORs and transcripts prior to online application submission is common - I did it 3 years ago and there were no problems. However, this type of question can only be answered by the schools to which you applied. Give them a call and ask - hearing it directly from them (not an anonymous forum) will give you the assurance you need.

They might throw away your transcripts because no school wants you to send them transcripts. Schools are accustomed to people sending in their LORs before AACPMAS sends them your application. So, if the school loses your LORs, it's not because they didn't have an AACPMAS file, it's because they screwed up.
