you are a joke, man.
the more you post, the more evident it is that you know next to nothing about the system, about the last 25 years of medicine, about IMG restrictions, about anything!
If you didn't have those J1 Visaholders taking positions which are more permanent, it would monkeys like yourself who would end up in a rural town in Idaho working for a sack of sandwiches and a couple bucks.
Medicine in this country was different 20 years ago. There were no restrictions on IMGs and/or Visa requirements. Compared to then, the current state of medical placement is much more advantagous towards AMGs. AMGs have every opportunity in this country, nobody is taking that away. IMGs often have to go through much more crap to even get to a level of competing.
the bottom line is that the Medical system in this country would have difficulty if it weren't for IMGs. You can try to make jokes about it, attempt to sound cool and witty (which you don't) and you can try to deny it....but it's been this way for at least 25 years and will continue to stay this way unless Medical Schools in the USA decide to increase their admissions pool and/or the health care system is made more efficient so that these Physicians from other countries will not be needed.
Also, if your reply is not going to be intelligent, spare us the ATP and don't type it.
