Can someone please explain which part is the siphon tube and where the input end is and where the output end is. Where there is high/low pressure?

The input end of a siphon tube is in the fluid you are trying to siphon out. The output end is where the stuff comes out. So if you are trying to siphon gas out of a gas tank from a car, the input is in the gas tank, the output is in your hand.
