should we sit or stand?

up to you both will work. For me, I introduce my self then asked the Pt. "may I have a seat" he/she "yes" and I sit in all sittings during history and conclusion. This will help to keep eye contact at the same level with the sitting Pt. In emergency cases (Appendicitis Vs ruptured ectopic) stand. Good luck

Totally agree with that. It's funny... I didn't even think of this point during the exam... just do what comes naturally (unless natural for you is prescribing euthanasia) j/k! 😉
